* ALL Conference Registration Fees include the Welcome Reception, CLE Seminars and the A. Leon Higginbotham Luncheon. NBA and Judicial Council dues must be current for 2009 - 2010 in order to register at the member rate. Pre-Registration forms must be received or faxed (with credit card information) on or before January 10, 2010.

Cancellation Policy: Registration fee less a $50 handling charge will be refunded if written cancellation request is postmarked by January 10, 2010. Return Check Fee: $40 per check.

Once in "Shopping Cart" complete and review selections and complete requested information and Click the "Check Out" button.
Enter any Special Services Requests, Address and Credit Card Information and then Click "Submit This Order" button. This will submit your registration and bill your Credit Card.
