* ALL Conference Registration Fees include the Welcome Reception, CLE Seminars and the A. Leon Higginbotham Luncheon. NBA and Judicial Council dues must be current for 2003 - 2004 in order to register at the member rate. Pre-Registration forms must be received or faxed (with credit card information) on or before January 9, 2004.

Cancellation Policy: Registration fee less a $50 handling charge will be refunded if written cancellation request is postmarked by January 9, 2004.
