FEBRUARY 28, 2004 PROCLAIMED CLYDE BAILEY DAY BY TWO CITY MAYORS

National Bar Association President Clyde Bailey received Keys to the City from Mayor Keith Hightower of the City of Shreveport, Louisiana and Mayor George Dement of the City of Bossier City, Louisiana. Bailey was invited to Shreveport/Bossier to address the Louisiana Judicial Council. President Bailey commented that he would aspire to one day earn these high awards presented by the mayors of two great cities in Louisiana.
