	March 5, 2004 NBA PRESIDENT CLYDE BAILEY PINS LETTER ON DIVERSITY President Clyde Bailey pins letter on diversity to the readers of The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, a national legal newspaper with a circulation of over 30,000 in-house counsels. Bailey urges corporate law departments and law firms to increase their retention of minority and women owned legal service providers. This supports Bailey's Presidential Goal One - To increase outside counsel retention opportunities for NBA lawyers. Bailey also urges law firms and corporations to embrace the NBA Diversity Pledge, a product of Goal One, which was developed to encourage firms and corporate law departments to demonstrate their leadership in diversity and inclusion.
