	June 2, 2006 2006 INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATES MEETING TRAVELS TO ETHIOPIA Washington, DC, (6/02/06)……. The 2006 National Bar Association (NBA) International Affiliates meeting will be held June 3 - 13, 2006 in 5 historic cities in Ethiopia. A total of 37 NBA delegates, led by President Reginald M. Turner, Jr., will convene with colleagues representing various aspects of the East African legal system. The ten day excursion includes professional development seminars that will be delivered jointly with East African lawyers, meetings with judges, state department briefings given by representatives of the U.S. Embassy, discussion forums with representatives of the Ethiopian bar associations, and a visit to the Constitutional Court. Tour sites in Ethiopia include Addis Ababa, Bahar-Dar, Gondar, Lalibela, and Axum. A post excursion for NBA delegates to Kenya includes travel to Massai Mari and Nairobi. The full delegation is due to return on June 17, 2006.
