	October 22, 2003 Four Individuals To Receive Wiley A. Branton Award This year's National Bar Association Wiley A. Branton Award recipients: Barbara R. Arnwine, Esquire Executive Director Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law Washington, DC J. Richard Everett, Esquire Retired Kodak Patent Counsel Rochester, NY Thornton J. Meacham Jr., Esquire New York, NY Kenneth S. Tollett, Sr. Retired Professor and Director of the Howard University Institute for the Study of Educational Policy Posthumously Awards will be presented Friday, October 31, 2003, during the National Bar Association 15th Annual Wiley A Branton Awards Luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Rochester, 125 East Main Street, Rochester, New York, 14604. The luncheon will begin at 12:00 noon in the Grand Ballroom E, F, & G, which is located on the second floor of the hotel. The ceremony will involve a tribute for each of the awardees, presentation of the official Wiley A. Branton Award, and brief acceptance remarks."
