"THE INNOVATOR" AND LIFETIME NBA MEMBER STACEY J. MOBLEY NAMED ONE OF THE MOST INFLUENTIAL LAWYERS IN AMERICA

Washington, DC ……The National Law Journal has named Stacey J. Mobley one of the most influential lawyers in America. Ranked in the June 19, 2006 issue, the law journal coins Mobley as "an innovator who enforces the 'DuPont model'."

Mobley is the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for E. I. Du Pont de Nemours, better know as, Dupont, a $27 billion global science company and the #3 maker of chemicals for the United States.

A graduate of Howard University School of Pharmacy (1968) and Howard University School of Law (1971), Mobley joined the DuPont Legal Department in 1972, and quickly excelled to the position of Vice President of Federal Affairs for the Washington, D.C. office. In May 1999, he was named Chief Administrative Officer; and in November 1999, General Counsel. Mobley is currently located in the Wilmington, Delaware office.

Mobley is a member of the board of directors of the Wilmington Trust Company and the National Bar Association; and serves on the Board of Trustees for Howard University in Washington, D.C..
