Refund Policy
We understand that things happen and sometimes you must cancel your registration. The NBA will honor a request for refund for the 96th NBA Convention & Exhibits (virtual) up to June 1, 2021. A refund will be issued in the amount of the registration fee, less $50 administrative fee. Your request must be received on or before June 1, 2021. There will be NO REFUNDS after June 1, 2021..
